Warranty
Our Limited Warranty
Our labor on the specific repair we performed is covered by a 30-day limited warranty. Parts we supply are covered by the part maker's warranty when one applies. There's no warranty on diagnosis or on normal wear and tear.
Full warranty terms
- Labor (30 days): For 30 days from the date of service, we guarantee our workmanship on the specific repair we performed. If something we did was done wrong, we'll fix it at no charge.
- Parts: Parts we supply are covered only by the part maker's warranty, if one applies. We'll help you file the claim. If a part we installed fails within 30 days, we'll replace it at no labor charge. After 30 days, labor to replace a part is billed at our normal rate, even when the maker covers the part. Customer-supplied parts aren't covered by our warranty, and if a customer-supplied part fails, labor to replace it is charged again.
- Diagnosis: Diagnostic service finds the likely cause of a problem but is not guaranteed and is not warrantied.
- Wear items: Parts that wear out with normal use (brake pads and rotors, wipers, filters, bulbs, belts) aren't covered for normal wear. Our installation of those parts is covered under the 30-day labor warranty. For example, if pads we installed squeal, drag, or come loose because of our work, we'll fix it.
- Not covered: accidents, misuse, neglect, racing or off-road use, repairs or changes made by anyone else after our service, customer-supplied parts (including the labor to redo them), and problems with systems or parts we didn't work on.
- How to make a claim: Call or text us within the warranty period and keep your invoice. We'll inspect the problem, usually at your location within our service area, and tell you whether it's covered and why. Covered work must be done by us. We don't pay for repairs done elsewhere.
- Limits: This warranty covers only the repair we performed. We don't cover towing, rental cars, lost time, or other incidental or consequential costs. Any implied warranties are limited to 30 days. Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights too.
The warranty printed on your invoice applies to your repair.

I usually take my car to a mechanic in Gulf Breeze, and after waiting several days to get a quote on replacing my alternator I gave up. I read a few reviews for Oilrun and reached out. Best experience ever. From start to finish it was awesome. Gary came out, helped source the part I needed and got it handled. Great pricing, solid work. 100% going to use them again.

Do you really come to me?
Yes. Oilrun is fully mobile. We work at your home or your job anywhere in our service area, as long as the vehicle is parked somewhere safe and we're allowed to work there.
How much does it cost?
Prices depend on your vehicle and the job, so we give you a free, upfront written quote before any work starts, and we get your OK before any extra work. Any diagnostic or trip fee is quoted upfront. No card fees.

Open every day, 7 AM to 9 PM. Call or text us and we'll confirm a time that works. Call (850) 449-1738 or text (850) 637-7024.
Can I book a specific time online?
Not online. Send a request (or call or text) and tell us your preferred day and time of day. We'll call or text you to confirm the actual appointment time.
How do I pay?
Credit card, debit card, tap to pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or cash, right on the spot.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 30-day limited warranty on our labor for the specific repair we performed. Parts are covered only by the part maker's warranty, if one applies. Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. We can supply quality parts, or you can provide your own. Customer-supplied parts aren't covered by our warranty, and if a customer-supplied part fails, labor to replace it is charged again.
Do I need to be there while you work?
Not always. If you can't be there, you'll approve the price in writing (a text works) before we start, and we'll arrange the key handoff when we confirm your appointment.
