Brake repair in Pensacola & Pace, done in your driveway
Pads, rotors, and calipers replaced where your car is parked. No tow, no shop visit, no waiting room.
Brakes are the one repair you shouldn't put off, and they're also one of the easiest jobs to do right in a driveway or a parking space. Oilrun brings the parts and tools to your home or job in Pensacola or Pace, replaces what's worn, and, with your OK, test-drives the car before handing back the keys.
Signs your brakes need attention
- Squealing or scraping when you slow down, which usually means the pads are at or past their wear indicator.
- Grinding. That's a sign the pad material is gone and metal is touching the rotor. Stop driving on it and call us.
- A pulsing pedal or a steering wheel that shakes when you brake from highway speed, often warped or unevenly worn rotors.
- A soft, low, or spongy pedal, or the car pulling to one side when you brake.
- A brake warning light on the dash.
What we do on-site
We start by measuring pad thickness and checking the rotors, calipers, hoses, and fluid, then tell you in writing exactly what's needed. Most jobs are front or rear pads and rotors. If a caliper is sticking or a slide pin is seized, we replace or service it in the same visit. We clean and lubricate the hardware, torque the wheels to spec, and bed the new pads in on a short test drive. Pads and rotors are wear items, so we'll tell you if only one axle needs work rather than selling you all four corners.
Pricing, fees, and warranty
Every brake job starts with a free written quote based on your exact year, make, and model. If we find something extra once the wheel is off, we stop and get your OK before doing anything beyond the quote. Any diagnostic or trip fee is quoted upfront. We take credit, debit, tap to pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or cash with no card fees. Our labor is covered by a 30-day limited warranty. See Our Limited Warranty for the full terms.

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need new rotors every time I replace pads?
Not always. If the rotors are thick enough, smooth, and not warped, new pads alone can be fine. Thin, grooved, or warped rotors should be replaced with the pads so the new pads bed in evenly. We measure them and tell you either way.
How long does a mobile brake job take?
Pads and rotors on one axle usually take about an hour to an hour and a half once we arrive. Calipers or all four corners take longer. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Can you do brakes in an apartment parking lot?
Usually yes, as long as the car is on a flat, level surface and the property allows repairs. Check your lease or HOA rules; if you're not sure, text us a photo of the spot.
