Terms of Service

OILRUN LLC (Oilrun Mobile Mechanic & Auto Repair), Pensacola, FL. Florida FDACS motor vehicle repair registration MV115615. Last updated October 2026.

These terms apply when you use oilrunflorida.com or ask us to work on your vehicle. By requesting service, you agree to them.

1. What we do

We're a mobile mechanic. We repair vehicles at your home or workplace in Pensacola and Pace, Florida only. We don't offer roadside assistance, standalone oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, or fleet accounts. We only do an oil change as part of another repair we're already doing.

2. Requests and appointments

Sending the request form, a text, an email, or a call is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we call or text you to confirm a time. Hours are 7 AM to 9 PM every day. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us as soon as you can. There's no cancellation fee.

3. Where we work

The vehicle must be parked somewhere safe and level where we're allowed to work. You're responsible for checking your HOA, apartment, lease, or employer rules. We may decline or stop a job if the location isn't safe or repairs aren't allowed there.

4. Quotes, fees, and approval

Every job starts with a free written quote (a text counts). Any diagnostic fee or trip fee is quoted upfront, before we come out. We don't do work beyond the quote without your OK. If you won't be there, you approve the price in writing before we start. Diagnostic service finds the likely cause of a problem, but it isn't guaranteed.

5. Test drives

With your OK, we may test-drive the vehicle after a repair, such as to bed in new brakes.

6. Payment

We accept credit, debit, tap to pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. There are no card fees. Payment is due when the work is done.

7. Parts

We can supply parts, or you can provide your own. Parts we supply carry only the part maker's warranty, if one applies, and we'll help you file the claim. Customer-supplied parts aren't covered by our warranty, and if one fails, labor to replace it is charged again. We take old batteries for recycling.

8. Warranty

Our labor on the specific repair we performed has a 30-day limited warranty. Normal wear items, diagnosis, accidents, misuse, neglect, and work by others aren't covered. See Our Limited Warranty on the home page for the full terms. The warranty printed on your invoice applies to your repair.

9. Limits on our responsibility

We don't cover towing, rental cars, lost time, or other incidental or consequential costs. Our responsibility for a job is limited to fixing our own workmanship under the warranty. We're not responsible for existing damage, rust, or worn parts that break during a normal repair. We'll tell you if we see a risk before we start. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Florida law.

10. Texts and calls

By texting or calling us, you agree we can reply by call or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Safety information

Symptom and safety info on this site is general guidance, not a diagnosis of your vehicle. If your car seems unsafe to drive, don't drive it.

12. Privacy

See our Privacy page for how we use your information.

13. Disputes

If you have a problem, call or text us first and we'll try to make it right. These terms are governed by Florida law, and any dispute will be handled in Escambia County, Florida.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date above, applies.
